Product Warranty

The warranty period is the period during which the manufacturer (seller) undertakes to repair or replace the corresponding product free of charge in connection with its introduction into circulation.

The warranty period for the products of the "Legessy" store is 60 calendar days.

The warranty is valid only for a manufacturing defect (for example: when wearing shoes, the soles became unglued or cracked, peeling of the upper material of the leather on bags or shoes).

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• mechanical damage,
• scratches, wear and damage to the integrity of the material that occurred during operation,
• convenience and comfort of operation,
• defects caused by lack of proper care or improper operation,
• on replaceable parts (insoles, laces, fittings and insoles)
• independent repair,
• damage caused by washing.
